Are these the Captain America: Civil War Team Sides?

Picking up where  Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, Captain America: Civil War will be a movie that will change the Marvel Cinematic Universe forever. The film though has one massive question hanging over it… Whose side are you on? Well El Mayimbe’s latest “scoop” gives us an idea of who might be on whose side

The film as we all know will have two main sides, Team Captain America and Team Iron Man. When the public  turns against superheroes, following another global catastrophe caused by the Avengers, the United States government uses the opportunity to install a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team; they are bringing in a superhero registration act. Captain America is against this idea thinking it could do more harm than good as it has the power to determine who is a hero and who is a villain. Where as Iron Man thinks it is a good idea, as superheroes shouldn’t have to hide who they are.

Joining Captain America (Chris Evans) on his quest against the registration act will be Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner), Falcon (Anthony Mackie), Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen), Ant-Man (Paul Rudd) and The Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan).

While Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.) will oppose them with The Vision (Paul Bettany), Spider-Man (Tom Holland), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and War Machine (Don Cheadle).

El Mayimbe added this plot tease: “Can you guess which Avenger might be a double agent?” We are trying to guess ourselves, what do you guys think? Who is it?

“Captain America: Civil War picks up where Avengers: Age of Ultron left off, as Captain America leads the new team of Avengers (shown at the end of Age of Ultron)  in their continued efforts to safeguard humanity. After another international incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability and a governing body to determine when to enlist the services of the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers while they try to protect the world from a new and nefarious villain.”

Captain America: Civil War opens in theaters May 6, 2016. We here at Nerd Lowdown can’t wait for it.
