If it hasn’t been painstakingly obvious, we here at Nerd Lowdown love all things Deadpool, and cannot wait for the movie to drop in cinemas next month. It has been so long in the making and fans are to eager to see it, so we always love bringing you guys any news relating to the film. Today, we have some more news for you guys.
A new poster for the film has been released in Spain, 20th Century Fox’s Spanish Twitter page released the poster earlier today:
It looks quite similar to some of the Suicide Squad posters that were released a couple of days ago, could this be coincidence? Or are the Deadpool marketing team trying to make fun of Deadpool’s Anti-Hero movie competitors? It is hard to know. It is a nice design for a poster, and continues the Deadpool marketing train.
“Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.”
Deadpool lands in theaters on February 12th if we haven’t pointed that out yet.
